“Fun, caring, safe, interesting and really good are words our residents have used to describe the music therapy sessions we’ve had with Reflective Notes. Our residents have gained so much from these sessions and with Ruth’s gentle encouragement their confidence has grown with each passing week, too. As with the nature of a Care Home, last minute change of attendees, interruptions, delayed start times…all manner of unexpected things can happen and Ruth has been very flexible and accommodated these changes with ease.
